It looks like Marilyn Manson will make appearances in a reoccurring role for the seventh and final season of FX’s series Sons of Anarchy.
Manson, 45, has made a few cameos in television and film, including Eastbound & Down, Once Upon a Time, and Lost Highway.
The musician wanted the role in order to make his parents proud, saying, “Sons has been such a big part of my life, as well as my father’s, so I was determined to make him proud by being involved in what will probably be remembered as the most amazing piece of television cinema. After all, the very heart of SOA is about that relationship. So, now all I need is a motorcycle.”
Manson also wishes to make his mother proud, who passed away of dementia in mid-May. The singer posted a message in honor of her on Facebook that read, ” I’ll make you proud and satisfied that you know you made the son you wanted.”
Manson is to play a “white supremacist” by the name of Ron Tully. The seventh season is to premiere on FX in September
